Hoover Damn Tour

When people think of going to Las Vegas they think of gambling, well we wanted to do something different. We all wanted to go to the Hoover Damn, and that is just what we did. We booked a tour online, and Thursday morning the bus picked us up at our hotel, and away we went on a damn tour. The bus driver that we had was very informative. He told us all about the mountains, and Area 51, and all the rumors around about aliens. He told us how Boulder City came to be a town. He explained to us about how and why Hoover Damn was build. If you are ever out in Vegas, I would suggest taking the Damn Tour. I know we are glad we did take the time to do it. This is a new bridge that is being build for truck traffic. All vehicles that go over the damn must be searched for security reasons, and this new bridge will help traffic move along a lot smoother. The bridge will be some 900 Ft above the water..It is going to be huge!
