Soccer Games

We got Chances soccer pictures lastnight, and since I don't have a scanner, I decied I would just try to take a picture of the pictures to put on the blog. I think it turned out pretty good!!!


This game was played lastnight in Imperial. It was suppose to be on Saturday, but the weather had other ideas. They scored finally lastnight, and I think that helped the kids a little bit.



This is the game that was played on April 19th. The kids did great for playing a older team.

Nice Spring Days!!

Yesterday was a wonderful day to be outside. After the kids got home from school they were outside all afternoon. It is nice to have days like this to just be outside. Today the wind is blowing but it is still 75`, and we are getting ready to go watch Chance play soccer. Have a great weekend!!

Last Weeks Snow Storm

I am a little late on getting these pictures posted!! We only got about 4 or 5 inches of snow last week. But with 50-60 mile an hour winds, we had monster drifts every where. It wasn't until Tuesday of this week before we could get to the car. And now there is not a sign that we even had snow on the ground. But with temps around 90 on Tuesday it doesn't take long.

NICE WEATHER!!

Today we are finally getting some snow!!!It is great, we need it so bad!! They called school at noon today, so we didn't have to go to town. I guess we will see what tomorrow holds as if they go or not.

We had a wrestling match in the living room!! Clay was home early last night because of the weather, and chance and kay took full advantage of it. They love to wrestle with dad!! I know they will probably all kill me for posting pictures of them in their undies, but oh well...Should have put cloths on I guess!!!!

I love Palm Trees

I have a thing for Palm Trees. They are so beautiful, and just different. That might be because I have only been around Pine trees, but there is just something about a Palm Tree!! When we were in Las Vegas I took alot of picture of the palm trees. Actually I have a palm tree growing in my house right now. When my mom and dad went to Arizona last year, I told them that the only thing I wanted them to bring me back was a Palm Tree...Well and behold they did..It is date palm, and now that I replanted it, it is starting to grow again. My sister found a website that you can buy Palm Trees that can tolerate temperatures to -10. So I might be ordering some more palm trees.
