Easter Weekend

We went to mom and dads for Easter!! There was an under water Easter egg hunt at the rec center in Gunnison, and the kids thought that would be pretty fun!!! Chance decided he didn't want to do it, but Kaylie did!! And after diving for the first couple of eggs she came up out of the water and said "that's alot harder than I thought it was going to be"!! They had a good time swimming after the hunt was over!!! We went fishing on Sunday, and it was so nice...Just a little breeze, but very nice!! The kids build a snow fort when we got home from fishing...and we had a snow ball fight!! And of course I should have listened to my dad, cuz my face was a bright red cherry!!! Janet said I guess this is what happens when you are 2 feet away from the sun!!

Chase County Wrestling Tournament

Chance has his last wrestling tournament. He is glad that is over, he just wasn't much of a wrestler.. IM glad he tried it!! He enjoyed wrestling with his friends, but not against other kids!

Kaylies Pancake supper program!

The Annual pancake supper was the end of March!! Sadly I had to be gone for 4 days, and had to miss the program. I left the camera for the boys to take pictures of Kaylie singing, and this is what I get when you leave 2 boys incharge of the camera!! I got a call later that night from Clay who says, I think we messed up your camera!! Can't say they didn't try!! Yes once I got home I had to change all the settings back to the way they should have been!!

Chance turned 8

Chance opening presents and celebrating his birthday!! We went to a Nuggets game the weekend before his birthday! Ill post those pictures on here too!! He had a great day at school on his birthday!! Can't beleive my little boy is 8!!

Wrestling in Benkleman

We wrestled again in Benkleman on Sunday!! Different kind of tournament! 4 man bracket, so Chance got to wrestle 3 times! The first on he got pinned, the second boy he pinned, and you should have seen that kid hit his feet when he did it!! He was so excited! The third boy pinned him!! But he still got 3rd place in the tournament!

First Wrestling Tournament

Chance had his first wrestling tournament in Ogallala on Saturday! He did very well!! It wasn't only Chance's first but mom and dad's first too!! IT is very intense!! Thanks to Chad Fisher and Skip Kelley for all their hard work with the kids!! They didn't keep score on Saturday so everyone was a winner! Chance got a medal, a black eye, and a jammed thumb!! He was tough and wrestled through it all!!

Chance did the Super Shoot again this year!! He placed 3rd!! He did very well!! And had a lot of fun shooting baskets!
