First Soccer Game

Chance played his first soccer game this last weekend in Ogalalla. The kids did great. They scored some goals, got a lot of playing time. It was a very cold morning. The wind was blowing pretty hard, but it didn't seem to effect those kids. They don't keep score, so both teams won!! On Saturday we go back to Ogalalla to play again!!

Dying Easter Eggs and Easter Morning

I know I am a little bit behind on getting Easter pictures up, but last week everytime I would try to load pictures it would just quit the program, so I decied to give it a break. We had a good weekend at Granma and Papas for Easter. It was nice to get away for a few days and be at mom and dads.

Easter Weekend in Sargents

Sledding down the driveway and down the big hill!!

These pictures were taken in Pitkin and around mom and dad's I don't think they will be seeing dirt or green grass for a while!!

Nice roads!!!
Lots of snow
And more snow

On Friday before we headed to mom and dads for Easter weekend, we went up to my grandpas house to get it cleaned out. The day went pretty well, got Janets pickup packed full of stuff, and our pickup was full. Grandpa started building his house in 1958, and sold it in 2008. It was sad to leave on Friday, but oh what great memories we have of saying and playing at grandma and grandpas house...

First Soccer Practice

Chance is playing soccer this year, and is so excited. His first practice was suppose to be last Monday, but he had practice on Wednesday instead because of the snow. His first game is this weekend in Ogalalla. On monday of this week, they had team pictures, he has so much fun playing soccer...Look forward to pictures for the first game!!!

Easter Egg Hunts and Snow

The weekend of March 15th and 16th was full of Easter Egg Hunts. I forgot my camera for the hunt at the park on Saturday, but the weather was perfect, sun was shinning and it was about 60 degrees. Both the kids found a lot of eggs filled with jelly beans. Sunday the Manor had a egg hunt for the little kids, it was suppose to be outside, but the weather had changed, it was cold and windy and rainy, so they moved the hunt inside. Kaylie and I went to that one, and she had a good time..The pictures below the snow are of her finding a few eggs and just being goofy. Sunday night it began to snow, and we got 10 inches of really wet snow...It was great to see snow on the ground, and the kids had fun playing in it and we built a snow man and had a snow ball fight. But by Tuesday all the snow was gone..It doesn't take long when the temperature reaches 60 the day after a snow!!!
