Summer is gone!!

Well summer is over here! It was a very crazy! Chance played baseball again this summer and had a good time! They both spent alot of time at the pool, well as much as the weather would allow us too! Kaylie was involved in a couple of dance groups, which she lost intrest in quickly, but still had fun!
We had some pretty wild storms this summer and I'm pretty sure its not over yet! We managed to just have one really bad storm here at the house! But every where around us has not been so lucky! Corn harvest is going to probably be short this year! The hail has not been so friendly to everyone!

Kaylies end of the year program was last week, and even though she has a graduation hat on in a couple of pictures, she has not graduated from Preschool yet!! It was a cute program! She is looking forward to being with Deb and Carrie next year again!

2009 Blizzard

We had a blizzard on Saturday and for once the weather men didn't lie to us!! It is great to see all the snow, hopefully this will do the ground some good!

So the wind blows

These pictures are from last week when the wind was blowing so hard, just across the road they are building a 20,000 head feed lot. They are just doing dirt work now, but the wind is not helping with the dirt problem. I dusted on Wednesday and by that after noon you could not even tell I did anything!

Lets Go Fly a Kite

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for the kites, we love them!!!
We put the kites together yesterday and took off for the middle of the field to fly them, and low and behold, the wind quit blowing! But by yesterday afternoon, the kids were able to get them into the air for a little bit before the wind got too bad!!
